LACKHAM COUNTRY PARK
Lambing Weekend
Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th March 2008
Opening times 10.00am - 5pm
We have been given the opportunity
of organising a craft fair for the popular Lambing weekend at Lackham
Country Park, Lacock near Chippenham in Wiltshire. This is a great
day out for all the family and from past experience has always been
very well attended.

The Craft Fair is part of a number
of attractions and activities going on over the weekend of the 15th
and 16th March.
The Craft fair will be indoors
and situated in the Avon room. The outside entrance to the craft
fair is where visitors will be waiting to board the every popular
free tractor and trailer rides. |

Craft Fair -
Stall holders details |
-
COST - £40.00 for the 2 days
-
TABLES - are 8ft long (2 4ft x 2ft tables)
Please let us know if you require extra floor space for
rails etc, when booking.
-
PRESENTATION - All tables must be covered
to the floor and be well presented.
-
ELECTRICITY -Please let us know when
you book if you require electricity and remember to bring
your extension leads etc.
-
ENTRANCE & PARKING:
This is free for stall holders only.
There are three place outside the Avon room entrance for
off loading only, you can then park approximately 150yds
away in the student car park.

SET UP - from 8.00am ~ we open to the
public at 10am - all stalls must be ready 10 minutes before
we open.

REFRESHMENTS - There is a coffee shop
next door and the main restaurant is situated approximately
200 yards away
(2 minute walk) Prices are very reasonable.

Crafter's that are with us for the weekend
can safely leave their equipment overnight on the Saturday,
but ultimately it is at your own risk.

We do not accept people selling mass-produced
or bought in goods. If stall holders knowingly sell such
items, those items will be removed.
-
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE - All Stall
holders must have their own Public liability insurance.
-
We will do our utmost to ensure that
you have a successful fair, but bad weather or interruption
of power or services is out of our control. In addition,
we will not be responsible for damage to or theft of your
stock/property whilst you attend our Fairs.
